OLYMPIC cyclists popped into a Knutsford coffee shop on Thursday during a training run.

Gold medal winners at London 2012, Geraint Thomas and Ed Clancy were joined by Ross Edgar, who won a silver medal in Beijing 2008, at the Orange Coffee House on Princess Street, Ed also picked up a bronze in the omnium race at the London games.

The three athletes were joined by the coffee shop’s owner Mercedes Grayson for a picture.
