Toasting the golds at golf resort
A GOLF resort on the outskirts of Knutsford has raised 29 glasses of its very own golden ale to mark the Olympic success of Team GB.
The Mere Golf Resort and Spa celebrated the gold medal haul at the London 2012 games by pouring a glass of its special brew.
Mere Gold, a 3.8% beer, is brewed by the Dunham Massey Brewing Company and is available at the bars at the resort.
