Comedian Jack Whitehall and Joe Thomas from Inbetweeners head to Knutsford to film new Fresh Meat episode

Hall setting for filming of Channel 4 hit show
CELEBRITIES from a Channel 4 comedy have recorded an episode in the Knutsford area.
Comedian Jack Whitehall and Joe Thomas from The Inbetweeners were among the cast of Fresh Meat who filmed scenes at Peover Hall in Over Peover.
Heather Clawson, estate location manager for the Brooks family, who own the listed country house, said: “It’s been fantastic.
We’ve had more than 30 people here and they’ve mostly been using the Great Hall, which is a historic room.
“They’ve also been using the kitchen and Long Gallery.
“It’s been really exciting.”
The episode will see Jack Whitehall’s character JP return to his family home and rummage through old childhood memories.
Film crews from Objective Productions were on site for a week, and spent one and a half days out in the grounds and gardens surrounding the hall.
