THE third of the Friends of Knutsford Heritage Centre February Forum talks was given by Val Bryant, a trustee and volunteer at the centre, who has had a passion for spinning wheels since being given one at a very young age.
With her husband, David, she has toured the British Isles photographing and cataloguing spinning wheels, and they have 800 on their database.
After her talk the audience was able to have a close look at the way they worked and have a go.
The final talk in this series will be on heraldry and the Knutsford coat of arms, and is already sold out.
