SALES tools produced by Knutsford-based marketing agency Boxed Red have helped propel a housing development to award-winning status.
The School Master’s Lodge at Halstead Place in Sevenoaks, Kent, scooped the prize for the best new family home at the Evening Standard New Homes Awards 2011.
The development scored highly on a range of criteria including location, specification, design and plan.
Boxed Red Marketing helped Ward Homes stand out from the crowd by producing a 32-page, A4 brochure to showcase the Halstead Place development, which showcased its five-bedroom School Master’s Lodge.
Janna Caley is the managing director of Boxed Red Marketing, She said: “We are so pleased to hear about the success of the Halstead Place development.
“We are honoured to have been involved with the project through our ongoing relationship with Ward Homes.”
