THIS week sees the third of a regular column in the Guardian in which we invite readers to meet the traders at Knutsford Market Hall. For the third column we focus on Serendipity.
Serendipity owners Sylvia Frier and Tom Hughes are inviting people to call in to Knutsford Market and see their one-stop shop for all-occasion gifts.
“The business is indicative of its name - you can find some interesting items here,” said Sylvia.
“We opened our stall in June with the aim of being your one-stop shop for all occasion gifts.
“We offer a wide range of good quality products at market prices.
We have a variety of gifts for anniversary, wedding, new baby (including some Disney items), His and Her, and of course we cater for Unicorn Madness!
“Our recent addition is silver earrings, hoops and studs which all come with lovely gift boxes, so you don’t even have to worry about wrapping.
“We also have some great Musicology gifts, record coasters, desk clocks, and mugs that would suit everyone.
“Our Snoozies have been flying off the rails, we stock for ladies, gents and children, excellent quality with non-slip soles and you won’t find them cheaper anywhere else.
“We are still trying to get it right, finding out what people want and always welcome suggestions – so pop in and say hello – that way come Christmas you won’t need to go anywhere else!
“We are in the process of setting up a webpage for Serendipity, so you can soon order online. Check out our Facebook page, we update regularly with our new stock.”
Serendipity is open on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, from 8am to 4pm.
