STOCKLEY Farm fans have taken to social media to share their love for the business after it went into administration.

We reported yesterday, Tuesday, the award-winning family farm had taken the move in an attempt to save the business.

Siann Huntley and Andy Beckingham, of Leonard Curtis Business Rescue & Recovery, have been appointed joint administrators of Cheshire-based Stockley Farm Partnership with effect from September 3.

Stockley Farm, which specialises in arable and dairy farming in addition to operating as an open farm, is set in nearly 700 acres at Arley and employs more than 100 people.

The business has suffered in recent times as a result of reducing profit margins, together with ongoing investment required for general maintenance on the farm.
