The event is at the Methodist Church
RESIDENTS are being encouraged to have their blood pressure checked for free in Knutsford next weekend.
The Rotary Club of Knutsford will be holding its annual Stroke Awareness Know Your Blood Pressure event in the Methodist Church in Princess Street.
The event is being held on Saturday, September 8, from 10am to 1.30pm, in conjunction with the Stroke Association.
The Stroke Association team will be will offering free blood pressure checks and advice to raise awareness on the causes of strokes and the range of services offered in the area for stroke survivors, their families and carers.
Coffee will be serviced in in the Methodist Church Hall, and for more information about the event call Richard Eccles 01565 872100.
