Two lanes are blocked
ALL traffic is being held while emergency services get to the scene of a crash on the M6 southbound between junctions 19 and 18. Two lanes are blocked, and motorists are being urged to avoid the area.
One of the drivers involved in the crash, who was not injured, has been taken into custody after providing a positive drugs wipe for cocaine and cannabis.
All emergency services are still on scene, and the recovery of the vehicles is being arranged.
