RISING indie star Tom Grennan is to play at The Legh Arms in Knutsford as part of a world record attempt on Wednesday, July 11.
To celebrate the release of Tom’s debut album Lighting Matches he is looking to break the official Guinness World Record for most gigs played in 12 hours.
He will be playing 10 towns between Manchester and Marlborough, including The Legh Arms at 10.10am, for which free tickets are available.
The criteria for the record is that Tom has to play 10 immediate shows in towns with a population of at least 5,000 and less than 15,000, and the 15-minute gigs must be performed in front of at least 10 people.
The shows will be free, the first and last at 9am and 8.05pm respectively, and for details visit tomgrennanmusic.com/worldrecord
