POLICE have launched an investigation after a bonfire of dumped rubbish in High Legh.
Emergency services were called at around 10.55pm on Saturday, May 19 to Swineyeard Lane following reports of a bonfire.
One fire engine from Warrington attended and used a hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
After an investigation, police believe that the fire was started deliberately.
