KNUTSFORD and District Lions is inviting everyone to enjoy all the fun of the fair on The Heath.

The club is staging this year’s May Day Bank Holiday fair on Monday, May 28, from 11am to 4pm.

“We are looking forward to seeing everyone at this year’s fair, which is being held on Knutsford Heath,” said club president Clive Heath.

“As last year, this allows us to provide a much wider range of fun activities for all the family, and we are delighted that a number of other Lions clubs from the north west will be coming again.

“A lot of local organisations and charities will have stalls, and there will be plenty of children’s activities as well as a chance to take part in some competitions – especially for dogs – we hope you will come along and enjoy the fun.”

The fair will include musical entertainment from Redwing, charity and trade stalls, children’s activity area, welly wanging, It’s A Dog Knockout, Prettiest Pooch, Waggiest Tail and Pooch Most Like It’s Owner competition and refreshments.

Clive thanked Tatton Estate for allowing the club use of The Heath, the advertisers for sponsoring the programme, Knutsford Hosts for its ongoing help and the public for its support.
