PERSONAL trainer and fitness instructor Victoria Barker has passes to give away to classes coming to Knutsford from next week.
Insanity LIVE! is coming to Knutsford Methodist Church Hall from Tuesday, March 20 at 7.30pm, and to celebrate Victoria has three six-week passes to give away.
Each pass is worth £24 and entitles the winner to attend six weeks’ worth of classes.
Run by NINE Body and Mind owner, Victoria, Insanity LIVE! workshops work the whole body through interval training, helping you to achieve more with every workout.
There are options for every level of fitness, so the class can be adapted for everyone.
