KNUTSFORD and Wilmslow residents could receive Cold Weather Payments because of the freezing temperatures.
The wintry weather has triggered the Government's £25 Cold Weather Payment scheme.
The qualifying postcode areas for Tatton are CW10, CW4, CW8, CW9, M22, SK10, SK11, SK7, SK8, SK9, WA13, WA14, WA15, WA16 and WA4.

You may get a Cold Weather Payment if you’re getting certain benefits.
You’ll get a payment if the average temperature in your area is recorded as, or forecast to be, zero degrees celsius or below for seven consecutive days.
The Cold Weather Payment scheme runs from November 1 to March 31. Check if you can get a payment in your area.
You’ll get a payment of £25 for each seven-day period of very cold weather between those dates.
Cold Weather Payments are different to Winter Fuel Payments.
