THEATREGOERS can enjoy an imaginative fusion of dance and circus at Lion Salt Works next month.

Imbalance will take place on Saturday, December 2, showcasing acrobatic skills and energetic dance in a show that explores society's obsession with technology – asking whether are lives are in or out of balance.

The show has been produced by internationally renowned choreographer Jonathan Lunn and circus theatre group Joli Vyann.

Cllr Louise Gittins, Cheshire West and Chester Council cabinet member for communities and wellbeing, hopes as many people as possible enjoy the 'wonderful' performance.

"This performance promises to be a visual treat but also thought-provoking," she said.

"Being online is so much part of everyone’s life that we never really stop to think about it. This play challenges us to think about how we are connected.

"This is just the sort of high quality, entertaining and thought-provoking play that the Lion Salt Works is becoming well-known for."

The play lasts for an hour, with no interval, and is suitable for children more than eight years old.

Admission costs £8.50 for adults and £6.50 for children aged 16 and under, while parking is free.

Doors open at 6.45pm for a 7.30pm start.

Tickets can be bought at the museum, online at ticketsource.co.uk/cheshireruraltouringarts or by calling 01606 275066.
