AM curious about the manner of the recent delivery of new BT phone books in the area. Ours was left on the front doorstep but, judging by the angle it had landed and the fact that a plant in a flower tub was broken, I suspect it had been thrown rather than placed.
Many were left on front lawns, adjacent to the pavement rather than the houses, or by gate posts.
At a local pub it was left at the edge of the car park, near to the path to the front door, but some way from the door.
Does this reflect a casual attitude by BT towards its customers?
