CHESHIRE Police has deployed a helicopter and dog unit today to aid in the search for a man following a ‘domestic incident’.
The National Police Air Service (NPAS) has been seen over Knutsford this afternoon, in connection with an incident in Mobberley Road.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Police were called at 9.20am this morning, Monday, September 11, to reports of a domestic incident at an address on Mobberley Road in Knutsford.
“Officers have been conducting a number of enquiries in the area with support from NPAS and the dog unit. Enquiries are ongoing.”
A helicopter from the NPAS Barton base was in attendance.
The service posted on Twitter: “1415hrs @cheshirepolice @PoliceKnutsford re male made off from patrols. Open areas cleared. Enquiries ongoing.”
