A 32-YEAR-OLD man from Goostrey has been charged with assisting an offender in relation to an alleged stabbing at the Shell garage in Middlewich in June.
Andrew James Lawson, 33, of Mill Lane in Goostrey, has been bailed and is set to appear before magistrates in Crewe later this month.
A second man, aged 21 from Middlewich, has been summonsed to appear at Crewe Magistrates court in relation to the same incident.
