KNUTSFORD’S Boxed Red Marketing has been named 'Team of the Year' at the 2016 North East Cheshire Business Awards as a result of 'exceptional collaboration' and a culture of 'exceeding expectations'.

The judges said they were blown away by the team’s commitment to working together to deliver exceptional work on every project, going above and beyond to delight clients and workplace culture that supports everyone to achieve the ideal work/life balance.

Janna Caley, director at Boxed Red Marketing, said: “Our team works together like a well-oiled machine and we genuinely enjoy coming in to the office and doing our bestwork every day.

“We’re extremely proud of the way we work, we push each other to add value at every opportunity and it means we deliver fantastic work that delights our clients.

“Not only that, but the culture at Boxed Red is unlike any other workplace, we have a focus on individual professional development but we also have free yoga classes in the office every week, go out for lunch or a night out and do team building activities like go karting and bowling to get to know each other as friends as well as colleagues.”

Cat Gladstone, senior strategic account manager at Boxed Red, added: “I love that Boxed Red feels like a family, every day I come to work and it feels like I’m hanging out with my friends, rather than working. That said, we always pull together to make sure projects are delivered to the best standards and we’re always really proud of the work we produce, especially because it’s always a team effort.”

Boxed Red was also named as a finalist in the best design/creative and best use of social media categories at the awards.
