Police investigate man entering Fryer's Roses carrying large knife
INVESTIGATIONS are ongoing after a man entered a Knutsford garden centre carrying a ‘large’ knife.
On Tuesday, June 14 at just after 10am, the man in his 60s, entered Fryer’s Roses on Manchester Road with the weapon.
The man, who is described as having thick grey hair and wearing a suit, walked into the shop and remained there for a short period before leaving. No one was threatened or harmed in the incident.
Police are continuing with enquiries and urge anyone with information or who may have witnessed the event to contact them on 101 quoting incident 229 of June 14 2016.
