BUSINESS owners in Knutsford are being invited to head along to a group meeting in the town tomorrow evening.

Network Knutsford was started 10 years ago by Marco Dellapina and has met on the third Thursday of every month ever since.

It is a business networking group with a focus on being a sociable and friendly forum where people meet to talk ‘business’ and help each other along with celebrating triumphant moments and being reassuring during tougher times, running a business can be a roller coaster of highs and lows.

Helen Rogers who runs Network Knutsford is particularly keen to encourage small businesses who employ younger staff to send their team members along.

She said: “Meeting new people can be daunting but attending Network Knutsford is a great way to build on soft skills and boost confidence as it is such a relaxed environment, there is always somebody from the Network Knutsford team making sure everyone has someone to talk to."

The group alternates each month between meeting at Jack Rabbits on King Street and doing a visit to a business; so far in 2016 January was to Mere Resort and Hotel, March was to Tatton Brewery.

This month, on May 19 the group is looking forward to an evening at Bronx, Princess Street, Knutsford part of the award winning New Moon Pub Co.

The company established by restaurant stalwarts, Paul Newman and David Mooney,is behind 8 successful venues across the North West.

Founded in 2011 and is dominating the hospitality industry, with further plans of expansion.

Rachel Gaunt, Training and Development Executive, is their most recent
addition to the team and she will be speaking at the May 19 event while guests enjoy making cocktails and sampling the pizzettes.
