A KNUTSFORD firm has raised more than £25,000 for their chosen charities following a successful fundraising event.

Brookfield Rose, of Chelford Lane, hosted a Las Vegas themed charity gala dinner at Manchester’s Lowry Hotel.

The proceeds went toward The Brookfield Rose Trust, which supports the work of The Outward Bound Trust, The Prince’s Trust and Action for Children.

Matthew Sanders, CEO of Brookfield Rose, said: ““The event was a huge success and we are thrilled to announce that the night raised a total of £25,382.99 for the three charities supported by the Brookfield Rose Trust.

“We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of our colleagues, guests and speakers for their generosity and we look forward to hosting the event again next year.

“Fundraising is a practice close to my heart and these events are great fun but more importantly, the money raised will make a real difference to children and young people.”

Guests at the gala dinner were serenaded by an Elvis tribute act, enjoyed a three-course meal and took part in a raffle and charity auction for prizes which included a six-day African safari and One Direction tickets.
