MUSIC-lovers are in for a perfect night out at Clonter Opera Theatre next weekend.
Former Fairground Attraction singer Eddi Reader, of ‘It’s got to be Perfect’ fame, will grace the stage of the Swettenham Heath theatre on Friday March 27.
The Scottish native, who is currently on tour promoting her album ‘Vagabond’, will be performing with the Biddulph Folk Club.
At the height of her fame in the 1980s, Eddi worked with big names such as Annie Lennox and has five albums to her name.
Most recently she has turned her hand to acting, featuring in the Hollywood movie, ‘Me and Orson Welles’ with Zak Efron and Clare Danes from Homeland.
Tickets for next Friday’s performance cost £22.50. Doors will open at 6pm and the performance will begin at 8pm. Pre-performance suppers, hampers and canapé baskets are available to pre-order or guests can bring their own picnic.
