Post Office introduce new drop off point at Knutsford service station
THE Post Office hopes to ease the Christmas rush this year by introducing a new parcel drop off point in Knutsford.
The drop off point, which is for home shopping customers returning orders using Royal Mail’s pre-paid returns service, is being trailed at Esso, on Toft Road.
It is hoped that the additional drop off point will make it easier for customers to return items during the busy Christmas period.
Customers wishing to use the point simply peel off the pre-paid Royal Mail returns label sent with their purchase and stick it on the front of the parcel.
They can then drop off the parcel and pick up a certificate of posting.
