KNUTSFORD’S Town Mayor is calling for all amateur talent to step up to the mic and take the crown of Knutsford’s got the Talent Factor.

The event, to be held on November 22 at Knutsford Little Theatre, is Mayor Clr Neil Forbes’ latest fundraiser for his chosen charities.

There are two categories, over 16 and under 16. Winners of the over 16 category will win £150 cash and perform live at the Mayor’s Civic Ball in March. The under 16 category winner will win £75 cash and perform at the Christmas Lights Switch-On on the evening of November 29.

Clr Forbes said: “We have an amazing selection of acts entered so far – dancers, singers and musicians and we know there is more talent out there just waiting to snap up the prize money. All ages and all talents are welcome; hurry though, entries must be in by October 30.”
