THE final touches are being put to the second Knutsfordian photographic exhibition which celebrates the town's community.

A variety of faces – young, not so young, well known and not so well known – will be displayed in a way never seen before when the exhibition is unveiled in the Old Town Hall on Wednesday, October 1.

Backed by a number of local businesses, the exhibition features the work of photographer Paul Worpole and has been organised by the Promote Knutsford Forum (PKF).

"We are thrilled to be producing the canvas prints of Paul's fascinating portraits for this year's fantastic exhibition," said Kate Kindred, partner, The Canvas Print Shop at Techno Type.

"It is lovely to see local people we have known through our 32 years in business in the town being showcased in such a unique way, inspiring our local community."

Other businesses backing the event include Monckton Properties, The Old Sessions House, Event Buddha, Hunters Gin, Damsel in Design, Knutsford Bloom and Blue Barnacles Communications.

The Canvas Print Shop is offering visitors to the exhibition a special deal throughout October.

"Everyone who visits the exhibition and picks up one of our business cards will receive a special offer during October of 30 per cent off all canvas prints," said Kate.

The Knutsfordian photographic exhibition is open at the Old Town Hall, Princess Street, from Wednesday, October 1 to Sunday, October 5, from noon to 6pm Wednesday to Friday and 11am to 4pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Entry to the exhibition is free of charge but any donations will be gratefully received and go towards future initiatives to benefit commerce and community in Knutsford.
