THIS year’s fun day at Bucklow Manor Nursing Home promises to be one to remember.
Until now the event has been relatively small scale, with a number of stalls and raffle.
However, this year's fun day on Saturday September 13 will feature a host of attractions including, rodeo bull, bouncy castle, a professional singer, slush puppy ice cream van, face painting and vintage popcorn and candy floss machine.
There will stalls featuring cakes, clothes, handbags, a burger van, a country and western themed event, cake decorating, baby stalls, card stalls, raffle, tombola and mini table sale.
The free event will take place from 2-6pm. Money raised on the day will go towards the nursing home’s activities and comfort fund.
