KNUTSFORDIANS are being invited to dig out their best dancing shoes for a glamorous fundraising night at the Cottons Hotel this autumn.
The Knutsford branch of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) is organising a grand ball and charity auction at the Manchester Road hotel on Saturday October 11.
Funded by charitable donations, the lifeboat crews and lifeguards of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution have saved at least 140, 000 lives at sea since 1824.
“All are welcome to join us for what is shaping up to be a fantastic evening,” said Richard Brown, branch chairman. “Tickets are available at £45 per person for tables of 10 or 12.
“We are also looking for auction lots of raffle prizes, so I’d appeal to local businesses who could help us out in this way to get in touch.”
