TICKETS to the highly anticipated ‘second course’ of Munch with the Mayor are selling like hotcakes.

Following on the success of the inaugural ‘munch’ at Gusto, the fundraising event will make a return on September 17, but this time at The Old Sessions House.

David Mooney, co-owner and Chef Patron of The Old Sessions House, has put together a special menu for the event and tickets, priced at £14.95, are selling fast.

Guests can look forward to a two-course meal, good company and a chance to win a raffle prize, including a meal voucher for two people to spend at The Old Sessions House.

A proportion of the ticket sales will be donated to the Mayor’s chosen charity, Knutsford Grow, and good cause, St John’s Wood Lunch Club.

Knutsford Town Mayor Clr Neil Forbes said: “I invite anyone to join me and I’m looking forward to meeting those who couldn’t make it to the first Munch event. My thanks go to David Mooney and everyone at The Old Sessions for putting together an excellent menu.

“I have no doubts it will be a great night.”
