PHARMACEUTICAL company, Sanofi in Holmes Chapel has been named as a top organisation for people management practice in the UK, having been shortlisted in the ‘One to Watch – Most Improved’ category, in the first Investors in People Awards.

The awards, which received more than 500 entries from all over the UK and different sectors, will celebrate the best people management practices amongst Investors in People accredited businesses.

The 15 categories will recognise Excellence in Leadership and Management, Reward and Recognition, Social Responsibility, and Most Improved organisation, amongst others.

The ‘One to Watch – Most Improved’ category recognises dramatic improvements in business success which have been achieved since the previous IIP accreditation.

Sanofi is shortlisted alongside three other companies in the category.
