BUSINESSES are showing off their flower power with a display of hanging baskets to brighten up their street.
The shops in Minshull Street, Knutsford, have joined forces with floral baskets outside their premises.
The floral show was the idea of Julia Booth, a partner in James Rose Oriental Carpets.
“The aim is to brighten up Minshull Street, which is a lovely street but gets overlooked,” said Julia.
Julia supplied the baskets and brackets at cost to the shops, and the baskets were filled with flowers by the Primrose Hill Nursery at High Legh.
The brackets for the cast iron Victorian-style baskets were attached by Julia’s partner Stephen and Gary Fox from Byrom Fox Antiques.
