Thousands head to second day of Cheshire Show

Ticket prices on the gate £17.

  • More than 80,000 expected to visit the show over the two days.
  • Attractions include Sky Swing, horse whisperers, a traditional fun fair, Cheshire Farmers Market, vintage machinery, women’s institute, rural life and Booths cheese and wine.
  • Show’s focus will once again be on the many animals, including livestock, poultry, light and heavy horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, pigeons, dogs, rare breed horses and goats to name just a few.

    Why is the show not held at the weekend?
    At £17 admission I find it a bit too much to pay being an OAP.

    £14 for pensioners but a tad expensive :-(
