THIS Sunday sees the Knutsford Makers Market move to a trial new location on King Street.

The trial was requested by Knutsford Town Council following calls by a number of King Street retailers who expressed a desire for the monthly event, which is usually positioned on Princess Street, to be held on King Street.

Market organiser Vicky Jackson said that the trial will enable the town council, retailers and her team to understand King Street’s suitability for the event.

The market will take place from 11am-4pm and there will be a road closure between Church Hill and Drury Lane to accommodate the market’s 130 stalls.
