ACCOUNT manager Sarah Sanders has received an award at a celebration event in London.

Sarah is the CSR account manager for Knutsford agency placeability, which specialises in helping people with long-term barriers get back into work.

She received a Mitie Foundation Business Partner Award 2014 at an event attended by Esther McVey, Minister of State for Employment.

The Mitie Foundation is an independent charity which aims to create opportunities for people of all backgrounds to join the world of work by raising aspirations and unlocking people’s potential.

The award comes in the wake of the partnership between placeability and the foundation on their Ready2Work programme, which combines a pre-placement training week with seven weeks’ work experience plus interview/CV workshops.

Sarah, from Houghton Green, Warrington, received the accolade to recognise her commitment and involvement in development the training provision for the north west programme, which is due to go live next month.
