A MAN in his early 70s suffered minor injuries after being knocked off his bike in Mobberley yesterday.

Emergency services were called to Pepper Street shortly before 3pm on April 24 following reports an elderly cyclist had been hit by a car and knocked off his bike.

The air ambulance attended the scene but the man was taken by road to Wythenshawe Hospital.  

He was treated for minor injuries to his face and wrists.
