OVER a year ago the Tatton Estate learnt that Cheshire Search and Rescue (CSAR) were to lose their home – and were delighted to be able to give them a new headquarters and bring them into the Town Centre.
Heather Clawson said it was a great pleasure to announce on behalf of Monckton Properties, part of the Tatton Estate, that the Red Cow Yard premises were given to CSAR for a second year and to present the £10,000 cheque to CSAR representatives at the Mayor’s Civic Ball on Saturday.
Heather added: “Volunteering is indispensable to making Knutsford and Cheshire the great place it is, and the estate would like to thank everyone represented at the event, especially the mayor and all the local councillors who give so much time and effort for the good of all.”
