A KNUTSFORD heritage group is staging a special meeting for residents to delve a little deeper into the town’s local plan.

With Cheshire East Council’s Local Plan consultation underway until April 25, the Knutsford Conservation and Heritage Group has decided to stage a meeting.

It is taking place on April 8, at 7pm in the hall of St Vincent’s Church on Tatton Street.

Paul Webster, secretary of the group, said: “This is an important opportunity to hear, directly from key developers and landowners, of significant development proposals in Knutsford to 2030 and beyond.”

Confirmed speakers at the meeting are Colin Sinclair, Bruntwood’s Director of Property Marketing, and Gary Halman, partner of HOW Planning, who act as consultants for The Tatton Estate. The meeting is free.
