A HOLMES Chapel primary school rang in the Chinese New Year in true Orient style.
Hermitage Primary School welcomed the Year of the Horse with a special assembly on February 3.
The pupils got an important visit from Choi San, the God of Wealth and Prosperity. Sisters Lauren and Jessica Lee and their cousin Ethan Mac also gave an illustrated talk to the entire assembly about the Chinese Dragon and Lion.
Afterwards, the trio handed out fortune cookies to all the other children.
