A CANCER charity is asking Knutsfordians to donate one hour of their time for their spring appeal.
Marie Curie Cancer Care is calling on volunteers to help with their Great Daffodil Appeal this March.
The charity needs volunteer collection to encourage fellow Knutsford residents to wear a daffodil pin and give a donation. The appeal is Marie Curie’s biggest fundraiser and money raised will help Marie Curie Nurses continue their work in communities.
Laura Tomlinson, Community Fundraiser for Marie Curie Cancer Care in Knutsford, said: “Donating just one or two hours of your time to the appeal will allow Marie Curie Nurses to provide more free care to terminally ill people and their families at the time when they most need support.”
