ROCELA Group, an IT consultancy with operations in Knutsford, has been acquired by Version 1.
The company has a turnover of £14 million, and provides enterprise application consultancy services to global banks, FTSE 100 companies, public sector and local government establishments.
It was established in 2001 and employs 75 staff across its offices in Knutsford and Edinburgh, where it is headquartered.
Justin Keatinge, Version 1 chief executive, said: “Version 1 and Rocela Group represents a great fit with high synergies in terms of growth and ambition, commitment to corporate values, staff engagement and customer satisfaction.”
Kenneth Wilson, Rocela co-founder and commercial director, said: “We are very excited to be joining with Version 1 and are confident of a successful integration of the two companies.”
