A £338,000 cash injection is set to transform the Co-operative Food store in Mobberley.

The investment has allowed for two new jobs and a total redesign of the Town Lane store.

The new-look store will reopen its doors this Thursday, December 5.
Store Manager Ken Upton said: “Mobberley residents are passionate about their food and our new-look Co-operative Food store will certainly reflect this.

“The store will be packed with great-value, quality products and modern and interesting meal ideas that, while quick and easy to put together, are sure to impress.”

Alongside an increased range of Truly Irresistible products, there will be improved ranges of fresh and chilled produce and ‘free from’, wholefood and

Fairtrade products, as well as a large in-store bakery.

The in-store Post Office will move to the kiosk area, which means that services will be available throughout the store’s opening hours, which will remain at 7am until 10pm daily.
