LATEST: Lorry fire closes one lane on Adams Hill
TWO fire crews have spent the past hour tackling a fire involving the brakes of a heavy goods vehicle on Adams Hill in Knutsford.
Emergency services were first called to the incident at 11.50am this morning, Tuesday.
Police officers from Knutsford Police Station are on the scene to manage the traffic and one lane of the road is currently closed.
According to Clr Andrew Malloy, posting on Twitter, he said the lorry had been moved to a nearby lay-by.
