GOOSTREY pupils had a chance to find out what it was like to live in France when the school held its annual French Day.

The children swapped their school uniform for the day and dressed in the colours of the French flag – red, white and blue, and were entertained with a day packed with Gallic activities.

Children from across the school had the opportunity to perform in French, try French food and take part in activities designed to help them find out more about the life and culture of their European neighbours.

The school would like to thanks the Trading Post in the village for providing the food for the cafe.
