Full house for deadly deeds

KNUTSFORD Library enjoyed a full house at their 1920s murder mystery. Who Killed Sir Randolph?’ on Wednesday March 6.

Crime writer Martin Edwards wrote the script for the evening, while players from the Wilmslow Green Room performed the parts.

The audience then had to judge who had committed the crime.

Librarian Lise Hough said: “It was a very enjoyable evening, with the audience really getting into the spirit of the era and the crime.

“We had some fabulous flappers present, and while answers were being marked Martin Edwards gave a talk on the history of the detective novel, before the three correct, and most inventive, winners were announced.”
