Pensioner in hospital after being kicked by a horse in Ollerton

AN elderly man was sent to hospital after being kicked by a horse and hitting his head.
The 74-year-old was struck in the back by a horse and fell over at around 4pm on Wednesday in Manor Lane, Ollerton.
North West Air Ambulance was called to assist but the pensioner was transported to Leighton Hospital by ground crew paramedics at 4.50pm.
