MARIE Curie Cancer Care is appealing for people to donate an hour this March to collect for its Great Daffodil Appeal.

The charity needs volunteer collectors to encourage people in the community to wear a daffodil pin and make a donation to the appeal.

The charity has collections in Knutsford at Booths, Knutsford, on Friday, March 22 and Saturday, March 23.

A further collection will be held at High Legh Garden Centre, on Friday, March 22, Saturday, March 23 and Sunday, March 24.

I have recently relocated with my job,i am now based in Manchester. Having grown up in a rural part of Kent I am keen to live outside the city and Knutsford is truly beautiful. Sadly I haven't been able to find a suitable 'long term let' for us.

I appreciate rented properties are in high demand and are snapped up quickly.

Can anyone suggest an equally nice area which will afford us some peace and quiet after a busy day in the city.

Daily commute necessary so distance a factor.
