Local lad talks about time at ‘the Beeb’

THE inner workings of the BBC will be the topic at a talk at Knutsford Heritage Centre this Saturday.
The centre will welcome local lad David Waters, as a speaker in its latest February Forum series.
David has worked at the BBC for 11 years as a researcher/producer/director on shows such as Songs of Praise, The One Show and Blue Peter.
The final talk in this series on February 23 is a virtual tour of ‘Cranford’.
Tickets for the talks are £6 or £5.40 to Friends.
