KNUTSFORD Star Choir is on the lookout for new members.
Now in its third year, the choir has sung at weddings, retirement homes and shopping centres, and in October held a joint concert with the Dave Egerton Band at Toft Cricket Club and raised funds for the Children’s Adventure Farm Trust.
In December the choir held its annual Christmas concert at Knutsford Methodist Church, assisted by Egerton Primary School Choir, as well as leading the carols at Knutsford’s Christmas lights switch-on and crib service.
Concerts are being planned for 2013, and the choir is seeking an experienced accompanist to attend the concerts, as well as weekly Thursday rehearsals at 7.30pm at Knutsford Leisure Centre.
