That's a bit steep! £5million homes on the Knutsford market

TWO homes in Knutsford are on the market for almost £5 million each.

A nine-bedroom property in Leycester Road, close to the junction of Leycester Close, has a market price of £4,950,000, while a seven bedroom home in Ollerton is on offer for £4,999,500.

Properties in the south east area of the town have attracted high prices in the past, with homes on Legh Road averaging £1.2 million once they are sold, and those in neighbouring Leycester Road averaging £1 million on completion.

However, on average the most expensive road in Knutsford is Spinney Lane, off Tabley Road.

Both of these £5million Knutsford homes are in the ‘top 10 priciest homes’ in Cheshire, according to online homefinder Right Move.

The Leycester Road home is built in one acre of grounds and has more than 12,000 square feet of space.

It also comes with a separate annex/apartment with two bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom and a leisure complex with pool, party room and cinema. It has a gated driveway and garaging for three cars.

The property in Ollerton is in 18 acres of grounds and has more than 12,000 square feet of space, seven bedrooms, six reception rooms, an indoor pool, a tennis court and a quadruple garage.
