THIS is the view for Branden Drive residents as the new Aldi supermarkets starts to take shape.
The large steel frame began to be erected before Christmas, and this week workmen were almost ready to start the brickwork.
The store is due to open this summer.
An Aldi spokesman said: “Construction is on schedule at our site in Knutsford and we hope to open the new store in June.
“We are looking forward to offering shoppers in Knutsford high quality, brand-like products at everyday low prices.”
